Before you contact the clinic
For an appointment, share the patient’s name, age, city, main concern and whether the request is for an in-person or online consultation. Please do not send identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information through social media. The booking team can confirm the available time and the most appropriate visit type.
Bring previous reports, imaging, a current medicine list and a short note of the activities that symptoms are limiting. For EMG/NCS, include the referral question if one was provided. For rehabilitation after hospital care or surgery, bring the discharge summary, operative notes, precautions and current therapy plan.
In-person and online coverage
The clinic is at PAF Hospital on Main Margalla Road, Islamabad, serving patients from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and those travelling from elsewhere in Pakistan. Selected follow-up, report review and second-opinion questions may be suitable online; new weakness, an uncertain diagnosis or a problem that requires physical examination is usually better assessed in person.
Urgent symptoms
This page and the WhatsApp number are not emergency services. Sudden facial droop, new arm or leg weakness, speech difficulty, loss of consciousness, severe breathing difficulty, major trauma, or back pain with new bladder or bowel loss requires urgent medical assessment. Use local emergency services rather than waiting for a routine reply.
