The mascot with a medical degree

Dard means pain. Dr. Dard means war on it.

Dr. Dard is my public-health project: a playful, clinically-informed rehab-specialist character who teaches Pakistan about joint pain, posture, and recovery — in the language people actually speak, on the platforms where they actually scroll. Every reel finds the hidden culprit behind a familiar pain: the wallet pressing a nerve, the mattress bending a spine, the small muscle framing the disc for its crime.

It is a separate stage from my clinical practice — but the medicine behind every joke is real.
